At Shreem Crystals , we strive to provide high-quality spiritual and healing products to our customers. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only provide exchanges/replacements for eligible products as per the policy mentioned below.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is valid for 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
If 5 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer an exchange or replacement.

- Reason for exchange
- Images/videos (if applicable)
Please note:
- Complaints and exchange requests will only be accepted via email.
- WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, phone calls, or other channels will not be considered official complaint channels.
Conditions for Exchange / Replacement
- Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is compulsory for any damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing item claims.
The video must:
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening
- Show the opening process completely without cuts or edits
- Clearly display the issue/damage
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange request.
- Manufacturing Defect
The product received has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Product Delivered
The product received is different from the item ordered.
- Product Must Be Unused
The product must:
- Be unused
- Not worn or damaged by the customer
- Be returned in original condition
- Original Packaging Required
The product must be returned in the original packaging received from Shreem Crystals.
Damaged, torn, or soiled packaging may lead to rejection of the exchange request.
- Proof of Purchase
Customers must provide the original order receipt/invoice while requesting an exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene and personal use reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Rollers
- Gua Sha
- Personal care products
- Customized products
- Energized or specially blessed items
Exchange Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the exchange request.
If approved:
- The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
- In case the same product is unavailable, store credit may be provided at the sole discretion of Shreem Crystals.

Important:
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- Customers must pack products securely to avoid transit damage.
- If returned products are found damaged or used, the exchange request may be rejected.
Missing or Broken Items
We take utmost care while packing all orders. However, in case of any missing or damaged item, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Without an unboxing video:
- Missing item claims will not be accepted
- Broken item claims will not be accepted
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

If the order has not been shipped, it will be cancelled successfully.
After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Customers may refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the parcel returns to us and is inspected, store credit may be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges.
Order Marked Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 24 hours at:

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be considered.
International Orders
Currently, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for international orders due to customs and shipping limitations.
Please review your order carefully before placing an international order.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchange shipping charges for pickup and re-delivery may be applicable.
- Payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Shreem Crystals reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
