Domestic Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping within India
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST on Fridays will be processed on the next working Monday.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch and not from the date of order placement.

Important Shipping Notes
- Delivery timelines are applicable only for serviceable locations and may vary for remote areas.
- Express/Air shipping is available at an additional cost.
- Delivery timelines shared are estimated by courier partners. Delays of up to 2 additional days may occur due to weather conditions, operational delays, festivals, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Standard shipping orders are generally sent via Surface Transport (Road).
- Express shipping orders are sent via Air Transport whenever available.
Express Shipping Policy
- Express shipping charges are applicable separately and are not included in free shipping offers.
- Based on the parcel’s size, weight, or delivery location, actual express shipping charges may vary from the amount shown during checkout.
- If there is any major difference in shipping charges, our team will contact you before dispatch.
- In some cases, express shipping may not be available for heavy or oversized parcels. If express shipping cannot be fulfilled, the extra shipping amount paid will be refunded after deducting standard shipping charges.

- International orders are usually delivered within 7–12 working days depending on the destination country.
Customs Duties & Taxes
- Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or local taxes applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.
- Shreem Crystals shall not be responsible for delays or charges caused due to customs procedures in the destination country.
Cancellation Policy for International Orders
- International orders can only be cancelled before dispatch of the shipment.
